Rest in Grief: Meditations on Ecological Change

Grief is a natural, human, individual and unique reaction to loss. One form is ecological grief due to human induced climate change that has accelerated various extinctions within our natural world, such as animal, flora, habitat, sonic and much more.  

MESO will offer a 2-hour session centering climate change/grief and cultivating possibility and hope amidst the generosity of the garden. Using meditation, labyrinths, and storytelling, we will collectively mourn and cultivate possibility and hope amidst the generosity of the garden.
